  • Healthy Noodle
  • Shrimp
  • Lettuce
  • Julienned Carrot  
  • Julienned Cucumber
  • Chopped Green Onion
  • Chopped Cilantro
  • Lime
  • Thai salad dressing (fish sauce based)


1. Place Lettuce in bowl as base

2. In separate bowl toss Healthy Noodle, Carrots, Cucumber, Green Onion, and Cilantro in Thai style dressing.

3. Place Healthy Noodle & veggies on top of Lettuce base.

4. Add Shrimp

5. Garnish with Cilantro and Lime
