Ingredients

  • what you’ll need:
  • Healthy Noodle
  • Spring roll wrapper (rice paper)
  • Lettuce
  • Carrots
  • Thai basil
  • Protein of choice (Shrimp or Tofu)
  • Peanut sauce for dipping (Gluten Free)

Directions

1. Soak rice paper in water (as directed on package)

2. Layer protein first

3. Then add Healthy Noodle, Lettuce, sliced carrots and Thai basil

4. Roll all the ingredients into a spring roll (I learned from YouTube video!)

5. Dip in peanut sauce and enjoy!!
