1. Chill the Somen broth in the refrigerator (add water if the broth is concentrated and chill)
2. Rinse and drain Healthy Noodle and put it on a plate or bowl
3. Garnish with chopped green onion and grated ginger
4. Pour the chilled Somen broth in an individual cup.
5. Dip the Healthy Noodle in the broth and enjoy!
