Keto Diabetic-Friendly Low carb Low calorie Asian Salad


  • Healthy Noodle (1 pouch)
  • Sesame dressing (*Kenko or Kewpie brand can be found at Asian stores)
  • Lettuce or other green leaves as you prefer
  • Any protein you prefer (Kibun’s imitation crab)
  • Chopped green onion



  1. Rinse and drain Healthy Noodle and put it a mixing bowl
  2. Toss with Sesame dressing
  3. Place lettuce leaves on a plate and place the noodle on the plate
  4. Add your choice of protein
  5. Garnish chopped green onion and enjoy!
