  • Healthy Noodle package
  • 1 mixed seafood package
  • 2 tsp of chopped garlic
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup of Red Wine
  • Fresh parsley
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


1. Sautee garlic in oil until golden

2. Add frozen seafood mix and can of diced tomatoes (stir)

3. Add Red Wine (simmer for 10 min)

4. Add Healthy Noodle and mix

5. Garnish with parsley and parmesan cheese and enjoy!
