Keto Diabetic-Friendly Asian Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 package Healthy Noodle
  • Pho soup broth
  • Onions sliced thinly
  • Cilantro
  • Green onion
  • Thinly sliced beef
  • Optional: Bean Sprouts, Jalapenos, Lime, mint leaves, Thai Basil leaves, siracha, and plum sauce

Directions

1. Heat up Pho broth on medium low

2. Add onions, cilantro, and green onion

3. Add Healthy Noodle into a serving bowl

4. Once the soup stock is hot pour over Healthy noodle

5. Add thinly sliced beef

6. Optional: Add your favorite toppings and condiments and enjoy !
