Keto Diabetic-Friendly Asian Soup


  • Healthy Noodle (1 pouch)
  • Hot Pot soup base
  • Water, if the hot pot soup base instruction requires it
  • Tofu, meat, fish and/or vegetables as you prefer


1. Pour the Hot Pot soup base in a pot (and add water if needed) and heat

2. Add cut tofu, meat, fish and/or vegetables into the pot and boil until cooked

3. Rinse and drain Healthy Noodle and add to the pot

4. Once the Healthy Noodle is warmed, it is ready!

5. Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
