  • Chicken (any protein of choice including Tofu or beans)
  • Julienned Carrot
  • Sliced Cucumber
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Corn  
  • Lettuce
  • Avocado
  • Italian Dressing (your favorite dressing)


1. Cut Chicken into small pieces

2. Cook Chicken

3. Place Healthy Noodle in bowl as base of dish

4. Add all the vegetables and Chicken on top

5. Dress with Italian dressing (or dressing of your choice)
