Chinese Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • Healthy Noodle - 1 pouch
  • Chicken broth  - 4 cups
  • Oyster sauce - 1 TBS
  • Soy sauce - 2 TBS
  • Green onion - 5 slices
  • Sugar snap peas - 3-5 pieces
  • Shrimp - 3-5 pieces
  • Boiled / Steamed Broccoli - 3-5 pieces

Directions

  1. Rinse and drain Healthy Noodle and set aside.
  2. Stir fry shrimp in a pan for 2-min and set aside.  (or wait until step 5 and cook shrimp in the broth for 1-2 min.)
  3. In a large saucepan, heat the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add oyster sauce and soy sauce.
  5. Add green onion, broccoli and sugar snap peas in the broth and cook them for 1 min.
  6. Place Healthy Noodle in a bowl and pour the broth over it.
  7. Place the vegetables and garnish the shrimp on top.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
