Garlic Pasta with Parsley & Chili Pepper

  • Healthy Noodle - 1 pouch
  • Olive oil - 1 TBS
  • Garlic - 2-3 cloves
  • Crushed red chili pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Finely chopped parsley - 1 TBS
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Shredded parmesan cheese - 1/2 TBS


  1. Rinse and drain Healthy Noodle and set aside.
  2. Slice garlic thinly.
  3. Pour olive oil in the pan and add garlic and red chili pepper.
  4. Slowly cook the garlic on low heat until golden brown.
  5. Turn off the heat and add Healthy Noodle and parsley and stir quickly.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Place the noodles on a plate and sprinkle cheese over.  Enjoy!
