Ingredients
Healthy Noodle - 1 pouch
Sesame paste or Tahini - 1/4 cup
Warm water - 1/4 cup
Soy sauce - 3 TBS
Sesame oil - 1 TBS
Rice vinegar - 1 TBS
Sugar - 1 TBS or more to taste
Garlic - 1 clove, grated
Roasted chicken - 1 cup (diced)
Edamame - 1/4 cup
Cherry tomatoes - 1/2 cup (halves)
Cucumber - 1/2 cup (diced)
Cilantro for garnish
Chili paste to taste
Directions
Rinse and drain Healthy Noodle and set aside.
Whisk sesame paste / tahini, warm water, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and sugar together until smooth in a bowl, and set aside.
Mix chicken, edamame, tomato and cucumber with Healthy Noodle in a serving bowl.
Sprinkle with chopped cilantro as garnish.
Drizzle the sauce over it and enjoy!
Add some chili paste if you like some kick!
