Ingredients

  • Healthy Noodle - 1 pouch
  • Sesame paste or Tahini - 1/4 cup
  • Warm water - 1/4 cup
  • Soy sauce - 3 TBS
  • Sesame oil - 1 TBS
  • Rice vinegar - 1 TBS
  • Sugar - 1 TBS or more to taste
  • Garlic - 1 clove, grated
  • Roasted chicken - 1 cup (diced)
  • Edamame - 1/4 cup
  • Cherry tomatoes - 1/2 cup (halves)
  • Cucumber - 1/2 cup (diced)
  • Cilantro for garnish
  • Chili paste to taste

Directions

  1. Rinse and drain Healthy Noodle and set aside.
  2. Whisk sesame paste / tahini, warm water, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and sugar together until smooth in a bowl, and set aside.
  3. Mix chicken, edamame, tomato and cucumber with Healthy Noodle in a serving bowl.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro as garnish.
  5. Drizzle the sauce over it and enjoy!
  6. Add some chili paste if you like some kick!
