Shrimp & Broccoli Casserole

Low carb American Seafood


  • Healthy Noodle - 1 pouch
  • Butter - 1 1/2 TBS
  • Flour - 1 TBS
  • Half-and-Half - 1 1/2 Cup
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Boiled or steamed broccoli - 1/2 Cup
  • Cooked shrimp - 4 – 6 pieces
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 1/4 Cup


  1. Rinse and drain Healthy Noodle, then cut in half and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a sauce pan then add flour. Stir on low heat until smooth.
  3. Add Half-and-half, a small amount at a time while continuing to stir.
  4. Once all Half-and- half is poured into the pan, continue stirring on heat until thicker and creamier.  Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Place Healthy Noodle in an individual size casserole container.
  6. Place Broccoli and shrimp on top.
  7. Pour the cream sauce over it and sprinkle cheese over entire dish.
  8. Put in the oven or toaster oven, bake for 10min or until golden brown at 450F and enjoy!
