Ingredients
Healthy Noodle - 2 pouches
Cabbage - 1 cup (chopped)
Soy sauce - 2 TBS
Garlic - 1 tsp (chopped)
Sesame oil - 1 tsp
Chili pepper flakes - 1/4 tsp or more if you like spicier
Soup stock - 4 cups
Gochujang
(Korean chili paste) - 2 TBS
Green onion for garnish (chopped)
Boiled or porched egg - 1 - 2
Directions
Rinse and drain Healthy Noodle and set aside.
In a soup pot over medium heat, stir fry cabbage with sesame oil, garlic, and chili pepper flakes for 2 minutes.
Add soy sauce and cook until the cabbage begins to look transparent.
Add soup stock and bring to a boil.
Reduce to a simmer and stir in Gochujang.
Add green onion and continue cooking for another minute.
Place Healthy Noodle in a bowl.
Pour the soup over it, and place cabbage and green onion on top.
Add egg and enjoy!
