Pesto Pasta with Salmon & Brussels sprouts

  • Healthy Noodle - 1 pouch
  • Brussels sprouts - 10-15 pc
  • Salmon filet - 1 piece
  • Basil pesto paste - 2 - 3 TBS
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oíl


  1. Salt and pepper the salmon filet.  Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the salmon over medium heat.  Once cooked, roughly break the filet into chunks.
  2. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half.  Heat the olive oil in another pan and stir fly the Brussels sprouts and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Rinse and drain Healthy Noodle.
  4. Once the Brussels sprouts are cooked, add Healthy Noodle in the pan, and quickly stir.
  5. Add salmon to the Brussels sprouts and Healthy Noodle mixture.
  6. Add pesto and mix all together.  Once the noodles are well coated in pesto, it's ready to serve!
