Alfredo with Chicken & Asparagus

  • Healthy Noodle - 1 pouch
  • Alfredo sauce (Gluten Free) - 2 cups
  • Olive oil - 1 TBS
  • Chicken thighs - 2 pieces (cut in small pieces)
  • Asparagus - 10 spears (cut in 2-3 inch long pieces)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parmesan cheese


1. Heat olive oil in pan and cook chicken.

2. After chicken is cooked, add asparagus to the pan and stir.

3. Add Alfredo sauce.

4. Rinse and drain Healthy Noodle.  Add it to the sauce and toss to combine.

5. Add salt and pepper to taste.

6. Serve on a plate and sprinkle Parmesan cheese if you prefer.

7. Enjoy!
